Terms of Service

Automation Alchemists — Return Label Converter & CP Bot

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Return Label Converter web application and the CP Bot Chrome extension (together, “the Service”). The Service is developed and operated by Automation Alchemists (ABN 90 115 586 543) (“we”, “our”, “us”).

  • Return Label Converter — A web application that converts supplier return screenshots (Amazon AU return QR codes, barcodes, or printable labels) into clean, eBay-suitable return labels using the Australia Post and ParcelPoint templates.
  • CP Bot (CopyPaste Bot) — A Chrome extension for Australian eBay-to-Amazon order fulfilment. It copies buyer addresses from eBay AU Seller Hub and fills them, along with gift messages, into Amazon AU checkout.

By creating an account, signing in, starting a free trial, or using either product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Your Account

  • You need an account to use the Service. The same account is used for both products and for the Automation Alchemists website.
  • Please give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
  • If you believe your account has been used without your permission, tell us promptly (see Section 17).

3. Return Label Converter

  • The Return Label Converter is free to use with an account.
  • Your source label images are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Only a short record of each conversion is kept in your label history, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Use it only for genuine returns that you are authorised to handle, with return codes issued for that return, and in line with eBay’s returns policies and the carrier’s terms. Do not create, alter, or reuse a label to misrepresent a return, a carrier, or a shipment.
  • Check every label before you share it with a buyer, including the return code and the item and order details. You are responsible for the labels you send.

4. CP Bot

  • CP Bot works only inside your own browser, on eBay and Amazon pages you are already signed in to. It does not use eBay’s or Amazon’s developer APIs, and it never asks for, stores, or uses your marketplace passwords.
  • CP Bot’s automations run only when you start them, in a browser tab you have open.
  • CP Bot never places an order and never completes a payment. It prepares checkout details — addresses and gift messages — and stops. Buy Now opens Amazon’s checkout and stops at the filled checkout page. Reviewing the checkout and deciding to place the order is always your decision, and you are responsible for every order you place, including the item, quantity, price, delivery address, and payment.
  • The address verification, product name, and product ID checks are aids to help you catch mistakes, not guarantees. They can miss a mismatch or flag a correct order. Always check the delivery address and the product yourself before you place an order.
  • CP Bot paces address entry when many addresses are added in a short time, to help protect your Amazon account.
  • Older versions of CP Bot may stop being supported. When that happens, automation pauses until you update the extension.
  • CP Bot depends on how eBay and Amazon build their pages. If either site changes, some features may stop working until CP Bot is updated.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

  • CP Bot’s automation requires an active CP Bot subscription. The Return Label Converter is free and does not need one.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price, billing period, and any free trial shown when you subscribe apply to your subscription. Each billing period is paid for in advance.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details directly with Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. We issue a tax invoice for each payment.
  • Free trials. A payment card is needed to start a free trial, and you are not charged during the trial. Each person can have one free trial. We may refuse or end a trial if the email address, payment card, or phone number has already been used for a CP Bot trial.
  • Automatic charging. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your card is charged automatically when the trial ends, and then at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it. CP Bot’s automation pauses until the payment is made, and if it cannot be collected, your subscription may be cancelled.
  • Your subscription is managed through your Automation Alchemists dashboard.
  • If your subscription ends or cannot be confirmed, CP Bot’s automation pauses until an active subscription is confirmed. A brief connection problem does not interrupt an active subscription. Pausing automation does not delete your account or your data.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Automation Alchemists dashboard. If you have trouble cancelling, email us (see Section 17) and we will cancel it for you.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of your trial or of the period you have already paid for, and then CP Bot’s automation stops.
  • Refunds. Generally, we do not provide refunds once a paid period has been purchased. This includes the rest of a period after you cancel, and a charge made because a trial was not cancelled in time.
  • If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, email us at contact@automationalchemists.com. Refunds are not automatic; we review each request individually.
  • If we give you a refund, your subscription and your access end straight away.
  • This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

7. eBay, Amazon & Carriers

  • You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service, and the way you run your selling business, complies with the user agreements and policies of eBay, Amazon, and any carrier you use — including their rules on sourcing, dropshipping, and returns — and with applicable law, including Australian consumer law.
  • Buyer names, addresses, and phone numbers belong to your buyers. Use them only to fulfil and support their orders, and handle them in line with marketplace rules and applicable privacy law.
  • Decisions that eBay, Amazon, or a carrier make about your account, listings, orders, or returns are theirs, and we have no control over them.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading, including creating labels for returns that are not genuine;
  • bypass, disable, or interfere with the sign-in, subscription check, address pacing, or any other safety feature;
  • start more than one free trial, including by using a different email address, payment card, or phone number;
  • copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • access another person’s account or data without their permission;
  • interfere with the Service, its servers, or other users, or overload them with automated requests;
  • use the Service to collect or misuse personal information about buyers or anyone else.

9. Your Data & Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
  • The content you add, such as gift templates, settings, and fulfilment records, remains yours. You permit us to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service to you.
  • You can delete your records, or request deletion of your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability & Changes to the Service

  • We aim to keep the Service available, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. It may be unavailable during maintenance or updates, or because of problems with our hosting or service providers.
  • We may change, add, or remove features to improve the Service, to keep it working with eBay and Amazon, or for security or legal reasons.

11. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

  • The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Automation Alchemists. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing, and, for CP Bot’s automation, while your subscription is active.
  • eBay, Amazon, Australia Post, ParcelPoint, Hubbed, Google, and Chrome are trademarks of their respective owners. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

12. Australian Consumer Law & Disclaimers

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Subject to that, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no other promise that the Service will meet your needs, be free of errors, or that its checks will catch every mistake.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, sales, data, or goodwill;
  • we are not liable for losses arising from orders you place, from decisions eBay, Amazon, or a carrier make about your account, or from a label used without being checked;
  • where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again;
  • our total liability for any other claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Suspension & Termination

  • You can stop using the Service at any time. You can uninstall CP Bot, cancel your subscription as described in Section 6, and request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
  • If we end your subscription for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused part of your paid period.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after your access ends, including Sections 11, 12, 13, and 16, continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
